COMPASSIONATE PRODUCTIVITY

A couple of times a year, I run a 6-week online workshop for knowledge workers whose minds have minds of their own.

It’s called Compassionate Productivity, and it’s designed with neurodiversity in mind - recognising that there is enormous variation in the human operating system, and that a good working relationship with ourselves starts with a realistic and compassionate understanding of our own particular skillsets, desires, aversions and tendencies.

There are reflective exercises to do independently, weekly small-group calls, and ‘asynchronous Q&A’, where you can ask a question and hear a recorded answer from me later.

By the end of the process, with plenty of support from me and from the group, you’ll have created your own bespoke framework to help you make decisions about how to spend your time, energy and attention, that support your long-term interests and wellbeing.
